PAINTING ACCESSORIES
In order to support its customers in the best results achieving, Fabbrica has included additional programs for painting in its sales range. Use of mentioned products improve the quality of painting and provides an exceptional final appearance of the treated surface.
Beside adequate selection of coatings for wood surfaces treatment and their proper application, the use of additional products that facilitate the achievement of high quality results in surface treatment is required.
OUR RECOMMENDATIONS:
PLASTIC STRAINERS FOR PAINTS AND VARNISHES
Plastic strainers are used to remove fine particles of dust and dirt from paint and varnish immediately before their application to the wooden elements using the appropriate equipment.
Defects may occur as a mechanical pollution during the process of product preparation for final use.
FILTER STRAINERS FOR SPRAY GUNS
Special filter strainers are used for additional filtering of the coating during the process of their application using the gravity gun.
Optional additional removal of eventually present dust particles is extremely important, especially for application of high gloss topcoats, due to their specific sensitivity to mechanical pollution.
SPECIAL ANTI-STATIC PAINTING CLOTHES
The standard working clothes are usually made of materials that are a combination of cotton and synthetic fibers, which are characterized by increased retention of micro-particles present in the work area. Mentioned particles may be formed in the production plants (carpentry, machinery, sending etc.) and significantly contaminate the clothing of employees.
Painting suits are made of special anti-static material that prevents sticking of micro-particles that can further contaminate the painted surface.
